Concentric is an independent initiative created and operated by Nexa Strategic Ltd, a UK-based strategy and operations consultancy specialising in organisational effectiveness, operational excellence, and strategic execution.
It began with a study of sixty-seven women navigating significant professional moments across the United States. The study was not designed to confirm an idea we already had. It was designed to find out what was actually missing, and let the format follow the evidence.
The research continues. Further reports publish at 100, 200, and 250 respondents. Placement conversations for the founding cohort are underway now; the standard, public launch follows in April 2027. Concentric is built to stay small on purpose.
